ABSTRACT
One method to predict the cold storage capacity for fresh fruit according to the present and future requirement was proposed. The model was experimented and validated using the data obtained from Yomase packinghouse in i4agano prefecture, and the future requirement of the capacity was estimated by an application of the model. This model should be also applicable under present and future conditions of Iran after some modification.HomePage
