ABSTRACT
This paper discusses moisture content and temperature of maize which has just arrived in Japan, and the posiility of the temperature rising abnormally due to the corn condition. The relationship between temperature and moisture content of the maize was analyzed statistically using scatter diagram, coefficient of correlation, F-test, test and contour map. There was a positive correlation between temperature and moisture content. Moisture content of maize from Thailand had very wide ranges (12.4 - 21.6%(w.b) ). There would be a possibility of temperature rising dut to the high moisture content.HomePage
